Let’s Taco’ Bout Mental Health

September is Suicide Prevention Month, and mental health impacts us all. Join us for “Let’s Taco’ Bout Mental Health,” a weekly community engagement series where we’ll come together to raise awareness, discuss resources, and foster open dialogue around mental health. This event is open to the public and invites parents, teachers, law enforcement, students, and individuals from all walks of life to learn about the mental health resources available in District 126. We will also explore what additional support may be needed in our community to help people handle stress, cope with grief, and manage the everyday challenges of life. Through dynamic speakers, meaningful discussions, and access to essential resources, we aim to create a safe and inclusive space where everyone feels heard and supported.
Special thanks to Mirage 38 for providing the venue for this important series, and to the passionate speakers and community members who make this event possible.
Let’s come together to talk, share, and work toward a healthier future for our district.
